We are thrilled you have found us. We have something to fit every level, no matter where you are, from absolute beginners and to those looking to reconnect with their yoga practice, all the way up to Advanced Yoga Teacher Training! We are a body positive yoga studio and we accept you as you are, no judgement. We have many class options that offer a great pace for you to learn about the asanas (yoga poses) through proper alignment, anatomy and breathing. Feel free to reach out, we would love to connect with you!
We offer a variety of classes to meet your needs. If you are new to class, please arrive 10 minutes prior to class to sign a waiver and for a tour of the studio. If you don’t have a mat, that’s okay! We have ones you can purchase or borrow, if you forget yours.
Within each of us lies a guru, a wise one who knows the truth behind each of our thoughts, words, and actions, an ancient soul that sees through to the essence of all things. Through our RYT200 & RYT300 Yoga Teacher Trainings we will help reveal the voice of this wise one, giving you the tools and language you need to share the spiritual practice of yoga and empowering you to trust in the channel of truth you carry

AERIAL – RESTORATIVE
A rejuvenating gentle aerial practice where you are completely supported by the aerial hammock. It’s a wonderful way to unwind, restore and refresh the body, mind and soul!
In Aerial Yoga we do the same yoga poses as in regular yoga class, we just receive support from the silks and have the ability to defy gravity to bring deeper stretch to some poses. And dangle upside down, if you so desire!
Hatha Yoga is a slower, mindful form practice. The practitioner stays in each pose for several breathes. Develop strength and flexibility, while learning to balance effort and surrender in each asana (pose).
This class will begin with a warming and heart-opening yang practice allowing prana or energy to begin flowing in the body. The second half of the class will focus on yin poses held longer to stretch the connective tissues helping us to relax into the deepest layers of the body.
This is not a beginners level class. After warming up through breathing & stretching, poses are dynamically linked to flow from one to the other in order to increase strength, flexibility, balance, and presence of mind. Attention is placed on the breath and the journey between the asanas.
Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with poses, or asanas, that are held for longer periods of time, five minutes or more per pose is typical. This practice is calm and relaxing but sometimes very challenging for the body. Get ready to make space through connective tissue.
YIN – RESTORATIVE
Breathe and stretch the muscles in a slow and relaxing mat class. Great for beginners and those with injuries. The one word to describe this class? Delicious…
