Coming to your first yoga class can be intimidating and we are often our own harshest critics. Please know that we are not judging you, and hope that you don’t judge you either! Everyone has a different body type and personal limitations and we encourage the use of yoga props in our studio.
If you are new to class, please arrive 10 minutes prior to class to sign a waiver and for a tour of the studio. If you don’t have a mat, that’s okay! We have ones you can purchase or borrow, if you forget yours. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle if you like. We require that you pre-register online ahead of time to reserve your spot as we do have some classes that fill up and have a wait-list. Our doors are open 15 minutes before and after each class. Classes do start promptly and doors are locked when class begins.

Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to class start time to unroll your mat and get settled. if the class is full and there are waitlist students, your reserved spot may be given away if you do not arrive in time. Classes begin promptly at the noted start time.
Students may cancel their class reservation 4 hours prior to class with no penalty. We have many classes that do fill up and that have an active waitlist. This timeframe allows another student on the waitlist to adjust their schedules, grab their mat and get to class on time. Classes canceled with less than 4 hours notice are non-refundable. There is a $10 charge for members and for class pack students the class is deducted from your class pack.
On occasion, we must unfortunately cancel a class. You are not charged for the class if we do so. Email notifications are sent out directly from the system. Please make sure email@example.com is on your approved email list or your spam filter settings may send the notification to your junk mail.
Workshops are non-refundable 48 hours prior to the workshop.
The studio is open 15 minutes before and after each class. The doors are locked during class to keep our students and their belongings safe.

Safety first! We value the safety of our students and our teachers. On occasion, we get snow and ice here in Oregon and not all of our instructors live right around the corner. We may cancel classes on the schedule in these instances. Please make sure our email doesn’t go to your junk folder so that you receive the direct emails from us in these conditions.
We have a new location with an all new gorgeous buildout (think super cool barn doors! It’s the little things, right!). And we are so excited to move in. BUT, of course, new construction always takes longer than we expect so we have a temporary space that we will be transitioning to for the month of May, while we (im)patiently wait for our new space to finish up!
We have so many new, awesome, cool, fun things to announce with the new space. We will have mat storage for our members (you’ve been asking for that for a long time), more seating, yes we will have Aerial there (but not during the month of May), 2 treatment rooms and so much more. We are going to be opening up the space for more community events (think linen and strands of lights events party style) and are going to be opening up the space for Co-working for parents MWF from 2-4 where kiddos can play and yoga and parents can get some stuff done. There is also a pretty big and renewed focus on Wellness and more wellness offerings, given our new neighbor, Dr. Hong who is an Acupuncturist and Internal Medicine doctor who is super excited to partner and collaborate with us for events and workshops.
Also, we will have 2 rooms to rent (11x12) if you or someone you know wants to rent space, please send them our way. We want to fill the space with more healing and more practitioners and have opened up some creative ways for space if you’re a new practitioner and don’t need to rent a whole day, please enquire within.
SO. We are in transition. Our last class at our current location will be on Sunday, April 29th. New classes at our temporary location will begin Monday, April 30th. You’ll see signs at the studio and teachers will be announcing this change in class. You certainly won’t be left behind.
Make sure to check the schedule regularly. We are adding additional classes and will be offering quite a few weekend workshops that are FREE for our awesome members!
