Coming to your first yoga class can be intimidating and we are often our own harshest critics. Please know that we are not judging you, and hope that you don’t judge you either! Everyone has a different body type and personal limitations and we encourage the use of yoga props in our studio.
If you are new to class, please arrive 10 minutes prior to class to sign a waiver and for a tour of the studio. If you don’t have a mat, that’s okay! We have ones you can purchase or borrow, if you forget yours. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle if you like. We require that you pre-register online ahead of time to reserve your spot as we do have some classes that fill up and have a wait-list. Our doors are open 15 minutes before and after each class. Classes do start promptly and doors are locked when class begins.

On occasion, we must unfortunately cancel a class. You are not charged for the class if we do so. Email notifications are sent out directly from the system. Please make sure firstname.lastname@example.org is on your approved email list or your spam filter settings may send the notification to your junk mail.

- Penalty fee waived for late cancellations. If more than 3 late cancels or no shows, member must sign a policy reminder form.
You may put your membership on hold for up to 6 months at a charge of $10 per month.
If you would like to cancel your autopay membership, you must do so in writing to email@example.com at least 5 days prior to your billing date.
10 classes = 5 months
