300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training

Immerse yourself in our advanced level training that is registered with and certified by Yoga Alliance. The 8-month format really allows you to find yourself in the process and facilitate rapid growth both on and off the mat. We begin each day with an invigorating vinyasa practice to explore the body and focus the mind. You will learn anatomy and alignment through integrative hands on application. Extensive time is spent on intelligent sequencing and purposeful theming. Deepen your living yoga experience through full spectrum sadhana practice, including mantra, mudra, pranayama and meditation.
This training gives extensive assistance in the development of your yoga business. We help you prepare strong resume, biography and business plan, work with you to identify and cultivate your unique skills as a yoga teacher, and assist you with creating a plan of action to grow your business. You will visualize and realize your unique purpose.
This training is for individuals who have already completed a 200 hour teacher training. At the end of the course, participants will receive a Certificate of Completion. This course is approved and registered with the Yoga Alliance. After completing this program, 200 RYT teachers will be qualified to register as a 500 RYT.
Allison is passionate about breath centered movement. She utilizes asana classes as a form of moving meditation and self-discovery. In her classes you will experience invigorating and nourishing flows catered to all levels. Her intention is to foster presence and compassion on the mat, empowering her students to live authentically at their highest potential.She began practicing yoga while attending college in 2000. After graduating, she lived aboard a sailboat with her now husband. She nurtured her path of living yoga while experiencing this simple and pure existence, deeply in tune with the natural elements. In 2006 she completed a 200 hour Integral Yoga teacher training. During this time, she found a deep connection with Prana Flow® Yoga and in 2010 completed a 500 hour teaching certificate under Shiva Rea.
Allison Duckworth Covers
Asana – Study over 50 intermediate and advanced asanas. Examine alignment, modifications, sequencing, verbal cueing, adjustments and theming of asanas. Study the theory of Yin practice and study over 30 Yin asanas. Learn the purpose and benefits of a restorative practice. Study over 30 restorative asanas.
Sadhana (spiritual practice) – Embody living yoga through your sadhana. Integration of mantra, mudra, pranayama and meditation in your practice.
Subtle body – Extensive exploration of the subtle body (koshas, nadis, chakras, Prana, vayus, granthis). Use your body as the laboratory of your practice. Learn to teach subtle body in an accessible way.
Ayurveda – Create balance in your body and lifestyle in order to support your life work.
300 Hour training – $3,100
We do also allow those with less than 300 hours to attend the training for selected hours to earn a 500 hour certificate. Contact the program director to discuss this option.
Tuition requires a non-refundable $600 deposit, which is included in the overall cost of the training. Tuition includes extensive manual. Teachers to purchase additional materials listed below. There are no refunds 1 month prior to the start of training.
This program is registered with and certified by the Yoga Alliance. After completion of our program and requirements, students may choose to register with Yoga Alliance as RYT 500. Visit our page here.
